It saddens me that my first post here has to be in the battle zone but it is what it is. As Juliano88 wrote in his intro, he had been a seller on OLH with a history of positive feedback. I, unfortunately, did not have a great experience like others. I had purchased three boxes from him on 3/19, one of them being a partial box of Bolivar PC (Bolivar PC 12/25 MUR MAR 13 $250). His communication was prompt while the deal was happening however that changed when I made him aware of the issues upon inspection. Many of the Boli that arrived not only damaged (due to poor packaging, very little padding within the box) but the amount of mold on the cigars. If it was a trace amount of mold on the wrapper then I simply would have wiped off but the mold covered the foot of many cigars which isn’t something I or most would like to consume then add in the damage.
I had followed up with him following the findings via OLH asking for a refund & an address to return Boli box. I essentially was told that he didn’t check that box, apologized then suggested he would follow up with me when he got back into town as he was out of town for a family emergency. Shortly after is when OLH went down. I had sent a message to Juliano through PayPal however no response. I then found him over here. Oddly enough, Juliano was active until I sent my direct message on 8/22/26.
For the record, the other two boxes were unsatisfactory but that’s water under the bridge. I would take precaution with this seller based on this experience. You are only good as your last deal.
